Hot off the heels of his single release last week, 42 Dugg has just dropped the music video for “Free Me.” The video – directed by Gerard Victor, and filmed live during his birthday celebration – showcases Dugg turning up in Miami as he celebrates his 26th birthday, complete with lavish cars and clothing. Dugg drives through the city and goes jet-skiing with his friends, before ending the night at an extravagant birthday bash, where label boss and mentor Yo Gotti gifts him a diamond-encrusted watch.

“Free Me” is the latest in a string of singles that Dugg has dropped in recent months and follows the release of “Free Woo" from earlier in November, where Dugg pays tribute to an incarcerated friend as well as his Detroit community. Back in August, Dugg also came out with “Free Merey,” which candidly explored the challenges that come with newfound success in the public eye.
