3REM is duo of 17-year-olds from Cincinnati, creating music mature for their age. It’s early 2000’s rock/pop influence, mixed with modern hip-hop/trap instrumentals and addition of their own flavor makes for their own innovative sound. Their submission, “Tongue Tied”, is the perfect example; the hook is catchy, the vocals are tastefully layered and the melody makes for a song that a crowd of fans could genuinely sing along to. They’ve already been noticed by other popular outlets like Promoting Sounds. They teamed up with Soul Serum’s own John Buchanan who directed and edited the video to make a thrilling masterpiece of a music video with a grungy but clean look just like their music.
