East Atlanta’s 019dexter is one of the more intriguing acts coming out of the famed city. In his first new release in nearly half a year, Dexter finds himself back with an atmospheric new single entitled “Broke Down”. The impassioned new release is moving in its minimalism and haunting repetition of the track’s title. The Awful Records signee is proving to be someone that commands attention in 2019 and beyond.
